Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, viewed, or delivered electronically, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a non-tangible digital product that cannot be returned.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned and cannot be verified as unused after delivery, LoveByDiana.com does not accept returns of any digital products.

By purchasing from LoveByDiana.com, customers agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with their credit card company, bank, Stripe, Cash App, or any payment processor for products that have been successfully delivered or made available for access.

Once digital content has been delivered or access has been granted, the consumer receives the full benefit of the purchase immediately. Therefore, the right to return a product generally does not apply to downloaded or accessed digital content.
